2021 Mid-Year Employment Law Update 6.22.21

SDEA's 2021 Mid-Year Employment Law Update takes place on Tuesday, June 22 and will be led by employment law attorney Chris Olmsted with Ogletree Deakins.
Wondering what case law is developing as a result of COVID-19? There has been 555 cases directly related to the pandemic in California alone, including wrongful discharge, unsafe workplace, and remote work/leave conflicts.
Chris will address these topics plus developing 2021 California wage and hour issues, impacts of the new requirements for CFRA leave, and a look ahead at other pending legislation that may affect employers.
