In this advanced coaching session, attendees will learn about what coaching in the workplace is, frameworks and models they can use to coach employees, and how to be an agent for employee transformation, all while assisting the employee to reach their next level of success. Each attendee will bring employee scenarios from their workplace to which they will apply the concepts and create a working coaching plan.
