We are, each of us, unique. This is obvious enough, but managers sometimes forget they need to recognize individual differences in their employees in order to capitalize on their unique strengths. Now more than ever before the work landscape is comprised of multiple demographics and diversity levels. Navigating this landscape is critical to maximize talent and avoid legal mine fields. In this session, attendees will learn how individual characteristics like age, gender, race, ethnicity, abilities and more can influence employee performance. Through activities, they will also learn how employees and managers can develop awareness about these characteristics and manage their diverse workforces effectively.
