In this roundtable, Employment Law Attorney Chris Olmsted with Ogletree Deakins, will address when background checks can be conducted, information that needs to be provided to the applicant before the background check, specifics on what happens if the report comes back unfavorably for the applicant, and what the new restrictions on drug testing, specific to marijuana and the rights of the worker, mean for the employer.
