Focusing on Employee Wellness 7.22.20
Wellness is defined as “the state of being in good health, especially as an actively pursued goal”.
Good health includes both mental and physical well-being.
The impact of COVID-19 includes many factors that are a challenge to wellness, so how can an employer support employee wellness for people who are working from home, concerned about income, experiencing “survivor guilt” and managing other unfamiliar stressors?
In this presentation we will share ideas and best practices to promote overall wellness, while keeping organizational budgets in mind.
Additionally in our usual format, we will have plenty of time to answer your questions!
*You will be required to "register" through Zoom (the webinar application) in order for us to verify your attendance (and send you follow up information). Please do a test log-in to the meeting at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start if you have never used Zoom for webinars.
This event has been pre-approved by HRCI for 1 California HR Credit toward aPHR, PHR and SPHR.
This course is being offered through the generous support of the San Diego Workforce Partnership.
