Leaves of Absence and Accommodation 

FMLA, CFRA, ADA, PDL, PFL…the letters go on and on! Leaves of Absence are one of the most complex aspects of Human Resources, and if they are not administered properly there are significant operational and legal repercussions. Attendees in this course will learn about the different types of leave that are available to employees, how to engage in conversations about leaves, how to document them, how to ensure that you know if the employee is coming back, and what to do if they don’t.
