Managing leave requests can be cumbersome, whether you have 5 employees or 500. Are you sure you know when to deny a leave request and when to accept it? In what situation should an employer extend a leave request, and do you need to extend a leave for everyone if you do for one?
Due to the recent pandemic, we have updated this course to include information to help employers navigate the Emergency Paid Sick Leave as well as the Emergency Family and Medical Leave. Employers that have never had to offer such leaves are now faced with questions and confusion that we are hoping to help you resolve!
You will receive answers to these questions and more in this course, which navigates the twists and turns of leave regulations and teaches best practices regarding how to manage leave documentation, notification, and expiration. This class is perfect for anyone who is responsible for tracking and maintaining the special time off requests of his/her workforce.
