PHRca® Certification Prep Program 7.20.23 to 9.28.23

Ready to take the exam to get your PHRca® certification?  SDEA is ready too!
 
Preparing for the exam can be overwhelming, especially when you don't know where to start. Fortunately, SDEA’s professionals are here to assist you in the preparation of your PHRca exam.  SDEA provides personal prep time, training materials and access to a learning management system.
 
Exam Content Outline:
 

• Compensation/Wage and Hour
• Employment Lifecycle and Employee Relations
• Leaves of Absence and Benefits
• Health, Safety and Workers’ Compensation
• Compliance and Risk Management

• A minimum of 1 year of professional-level HR experience with a masters degree or higher.
• A minimum of 2 years of professional-level HR experience with a bachelors degree.
• A minimum of 4 years of professional-level HR experience with a high school diploma.

Certification is a career-long commitment that demonstrates dedication and credibility to employers, clients, staff members and professional peers around the globe. Certification attests to the investment you have made in your HR career and holds a recognized place in the profession.  The PHRca is for professionals who either practice in California or are responsible for human resource management in California. You do not have to be located in California to earn a PHRca.
