Conflict resolution skills are extremely important in the workplace.  In this course, you will discover your conflict management style and strategies, as well as tips and techniques to use when you have a challenging situation or are dealing with a difficult person.

This interactive session will provide new strategies and specific tools to address and resolve conflict as it arises and before it escalates unnecessarily.

Workshop Objectives:
At the conclusion of this workshop, the participants will be able to:
- List the benefits of resolving conflict early
- Recognize and describe five conflict resolution styles
- Coach others in problem solving
- Handle conflict situations fairly and professionally

Course Outline:
1. Discuss purpose and importance of resolving conflict
2. Define conflict

    - Identify common causes of conflict
    - Discuss and apply 5 conflict resolution styles
    - Define levels of conflict
3. Five Steps of Resolving Conflict

    ​- Identify key actions
    - Review guidelines
    - Role play
