The FFCRA actually expires on December 31, 2020, but the federal government will continue to provide tax credits for employers who voluntarily provide the leave within the framework of the FFCRA. In this webinar, we will review the benefits provided with EPSL/EFMLA, the requirements (or lack thereof) for documentation, and strategies for communicating your policies. The Basics of EPSL/EFMLA Extension 1.27.21
The Emergency Paid Sick Leave (EPSL) and Extended Family Medical Leave (EFMLA) provided by the Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA) has been extended…sort of.
