Event Description:

Jenna Leyton Jones and Catherine Mattice
Stress, anxiety, fear, and feelings of vulnerability are all examples of the types of issues your employees have likely been facing in connection with COVID-19, rising social unrest, and a tumultuous political climate.  This presentation will focus on how employers can successfully operate their businesses while taking into account the mental health and psychological well-being of their employees.  Catherine Mattice Zundel, CEO of Civility Partners, Inc. and an HR expert in building positive workplaces, will describe the symptoms of a struggling workforce, what to look out for, and practical solutions for mitigating stress. In addition, employment law attorney Jenna Leyton-Jones, founder of Leyton Jones Law, will discuss the regulatory framework within which employers must operate as they work to identify and resolve the myriad mental health issues that employees are dealing with now and likely for months to come.
