DESCRIPTION:Addressing Poor Performance\n\nIt is likely we have all been in this boat. You have an employee who is under delivering\, but either you or other management don't know what to do about it. So\, this person stays on as a drain on the team. You are not happy\, your boss is not happy\, your team is not happy\, and the under-performer is probably not happy either. In this workshop\, we will discuss the reasons your employees may be under-performing\, and what you can do about it. We will analyze employee communication styles\, share examples of objective feedback\, and provide tips for making documentation easy. This workshop is for anyone who has had to manage\, work with\, or terminate an under-performer.\n\n\n\n \n\nThis event has been pre-approved by HRCI for 1.5 California HR Credit toward aPHR\, PHR and SPHR.\n\n\n\nThis course is being offered through the generous support of the San Diego Workforce Partnership.\n\n\n\nPlease understand\, due to the high demand of these free courses\, we need to ensure that registered attendees are present at the classes.
