8 Steps to Leading Change 4.16.20
The pressure on organizations to change will only increase over the next decades. The success or failure of any change effort will rest with the methods used in the attempt to transform your company into a stronger competitor and survivor of change. This program emphasizes the critical need for leaders and managers to make change happen, understand why organizations fail in their change efforts, and provide positive behaviors for leaders to emulate during the change process. Participants will learn an eight-step process for effectively leading the change effort to achieve the desired outcomes and see where and how people – good people – often derail. They will use a change initiative from their workplace to apply the eight-step process to create a working plan for implementation.
