It is likely we have all been in this boat. You have an employee who is under delivering, but either you or other management don’t know what to do about it. So, this person stays on as a drain on the team. You are not happy, your boss is not happy, your team is not happy, and the under-performer is probably not happy either. In this workshop, we will discuss the reasons your employees may be under-performing, and what you can do about it. We will analyze employee communication styles, share examples of objective feedback, and provide tips for making documentation easy. This workshop is for anyone who has had to manage, work with, or terminate an under-performer.
