Ethical Leadership 10.25.23
Ethical Leadership
The news is full of corporate scandals that damage the reputation of organizations, or in some cases completely obliterate them. Wells Fargo, Volkswagen, and Lehman Brothers are just a few of the companies who lost the faith of their customers and the market, resulting in costly settlements and crow-eating Public Relations campaigns. The lack of ethical decision-making is responsible for these crises and many more. In this class we will discuss personal ethics, professional ethics, and how they overlap. We will also share pointers on how to have tough conversations about ethics with senior leadership and business partners. This class will be extremely interactive, and of course, confidential.
This class is part of our Effective Leadership Certificate Program. Click Here for more info.
*You will be required to "register" through Zoom (the webinar application) in order for us to verify your attendance (and send you follow up information).
