There is a lot of fear around terminating an employee, and rightfully so. But sometimes you have to do what you have to do. In this training, we will discuss the workstyles that need fixing or firing, how to address them, and why you may be doing an employee a favor by effectively moving them on to a new opportunity. We will also go further into termination procedures, and how to keep the process from going terribly wrong.
