How to be Happy Employee 7.13.22
Extensive research has been done on what makes a good manager, and how leaders can keep employees engaged – and rightfully so. An ineffective manager will underutilize the talent on their team at best, and completely sabotage their team’s success at worst. But managers are not the only part of the equation. Ultimately, each individual is responsible for how much or how little they contribute to the achievements of the organization, their team, and themselves.
In this workshop we will discuss what every employee can do to improve their situation in the workplace, including managing up and peer communication, clarifying objectives, and determining if you are in the right job to begin with.
