Leaves of Absences- What's New and What's Not so New 3.3.21
As if administering leaves of absences were not cumbersome enough, there are new requirements in California that will affect all employers with five or more employees. The California Family Rights Act, that previously applied to employers with 50 or more employees, will now affect smaller employers starting January 1, 2021. Employers that have 50 or more employees will also see changes associated with these new requirements.
How will this affect other leaves? How do these leaves run concurrently? This webinar will provide you with those answers as well as a re-fresh on many other leaves that California employers are required to comply with. If there are any updates to COVID-related leaves, we will address those as well.
