Limiting Liability 3.26.24 and 3.28.24
This course will cover protected classes and areas of potential liability; key aspects in determining exempt and non-exempt status and where common problems occur; information on wage and hour laws including California's Big Six. A review of leaves of absences and supervisor communication is also provided in this course.
