Organizational Identity: How Culture Fit Actually Damages Culture

“Culture fit” means assimilation of diversity and is a thing of the past. Modern organizations realize that in order to retain top diverse talent, they must embrace a culture of true inclusion and belonging. Creating such a
culture will require change in individual beliefs and behaviors, and systemic changes of policies and procedures.  At the end of this presentation, attendees will be able to:  Recognize how unconscious bias and microaggressions show up in the workplace and how they affect
engagement, trust, and connection. Describe transactional vs transformational DEIB initiatives, and make a business case to their leaders
Explore tools and ideas for operationalizing DEIB initiatives.
