Remote Communication 5.12.21

What is your individual communication style and how does that affect how you communicate with your remote workers?  What is the best way to face the challenges of communication when the parties are not face-to-face, when facial expressions are left to the imagination?  This class will address those questions and discuss how to set guidelines for virtual teams, learning about different communication styles and how to communicate effectively.
