With a lot of employers continuing with a remote workforce model, this may mean a review of the current model for performance management; are current practices effective for remote workers?
This class will explore new and old methods of performance management. Some things will naturally stay the same, but some will not, and employers may need to re-consider how success is measured; how employees are meeting goals, and whether the goals need to change. New priorities within an organization will often mean shifting focus from time worked to quality and quantity.
