HR professionals and Managers in California recognize the importance and complications of Human Resources-related compliance. In this brief workshop, many companies have, or are preparing for, opening up their businesses and getting employees back to work. Those that have started this process have realized that this is posing some challenges. In this webinar we will cover the County’s Re-Opening Plan requirements including social distancing requirements, face covering requirements, temperature taking and sanitation; the continued need for EPSL and EFMLA; and employer’s biggest headache, employees who can’t or won’t return to work. Additionally in our usual format, we will have plenty of time to answer your questions!
