Just when you think you have it figured out, you realize you don’t. Employers will continue to face challenges with employees who are unable to return to work, whether it is due to lack of school or daycare, because they are sick or have been exposed to someone who is sick, if they are needed to care for a family member and/or those employees who won’t return to work. When does the EPSL leave apply, when does it start, when does it not apply? What about employees who can work from home, but they will also need to homeschool their children? This webinar will revisit the requirements and of the FFCRA, the EPSL and EFMLA.
