Romance Is In The Air: Relationships in the Workplace
It’s not uncommon for employers to have policies that restrict and even prohibit certain relationships in the workplace. Such relationships can cause a plethora of problems that can range from favoritism and harassment to breach of confidential information and terminations.
As an employer,
  • How much control do you have over these relationships? 
  • What you can you contol and what can you not control as far as your employee’s personal lives are concerned? 
This class will address real-life situations and give you some real-life solutions. Practical policy solutions will also be addressed.
