For many reasons, 2022 is a challenging time for recruitment and this challenge appears to be sticking around for a while. In a recent survey 67% of respondents said they were likely or very likely to change jobs in the next 12 months. Employers who are not prepared for the next generation of workers will be left behind. What is important to the current workforce, those you are looking to hire, is very different than what was important to previous generations of employees; employers need to realize this sooner rather than later. In this roundtable, Hema and Jennifer will speak on how to build a company culture that attracts the next generation of talent and share recruiting tips on what the most recent generation is looking for in an employer.
