In a recent survey 67% of respondents said they were likely or very likely to change jobs in the next 12 months. Employers who are not prepared for the next generation of workers will be left behind. What is important to the current workforce, those you are looking to hire, is very different than what was important to previous generations of employees; employers need to realize this sooner rather than later.
